Curtains BD delivers high-quality custom-made curtains and blinds throughout Bangladesh. Every order is carefully manufactured, inspected, and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Since most of our products are custom-made, production begins only after your order details have been confirmed.
Production usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on the product type, quantity, and project requirements.
Large or commercial projects may require additional production time.
We provide delivery services across Bangladesh.
Inside Dhaka: Free delivery.
Outside Dhaka: Delivery is available through trusted courier or transport services. Delivery charges depend on your location and the selected transport method.
After production is completed:
Dhaka: Usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
Outside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Professional installation is available within Dhaka.
Installation services outside Dhaka may be available depending on the project location and scope. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss installation requirements.
Please inspect your order upon delivery or immediately after installation.
If you notice any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, notify Curtains BD within 48 hours and provide photos or videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a valid contact number.
Curtains BD is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
